Terms of Service
Last updated June 27, 2026
StackSVG is a browser based tool that converts images into layered SVG cut files. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. StackSVG is operated by Haiiqu Corporation, doing business as StackSVG.
The service
StackSVG turns a raster image into a set of stacked, whole sheet papercraft cut files for use with cutting machines and laser software. Image processing happens entirely in your browser. The images you load are never sent to our servers.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including keeping your sign in method secure. Each account is for one person.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page, and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices may change, and we will give notice before a change applies to your subscription.
The free tier requires an account and includes one watermarked download.
Refunds
Payments are not refundable for partial subscription periods. When you cancel, you keep access through the period you have already paid for. If you have a billing problem, contact support@stacksvg.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the cut files you generate from them. We claim no ownership over your content or your output. StackSVG owns the software, the underlying engine, the StackSVG name, and the brand. These terms do not grant you any right to our software or brand beyond using the service as intended.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use.
- Do not abuse, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the engine or source.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or rebrand the service as your own.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the cut files will be suitable for any particular machine, material, or project, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. You are responsible for testing output before you commit material to a cut.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, wasted material, or damaged equipment.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, give notice through the service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
